Face to Face & Outside
-
I offer face to face sessions in a quiet and peaceful location near Titchfield/Fareham/Wickham area, for Adults and Young people.
The location offers a warm cosey room but also an outdoor walking space in nature if clients wish to be outside. The location is on a farm so you can expect to see chickens as you approach the driveway! I currently have availability for face to face sessions. Please message me to book in.
Shepherd’s Hut & Outdoor
-
One day of the week I offer therapy from a beautiful location situated on a private farm within the Wickham/Titchfield area. This is perfect for clients who find it difficult to be in an indoor enclosed space. The location provides some sensory equipment, an enclosed field for movement and regulation, indoor option of a small cosy shepherd’s hut and animals such as donkeys and horses surrounding the site. The local farm cat may pay a visit during a session!
*Please note Shepherd’s hut sessions are for Children and Young people only, currently not available for adults.
Online & Telephone
-
I offer online Therapy for anyone situated within the UK. Online is great for clients who may find it difficult to leave their home or for clients who find interaction more comfortable from a distance. The benefit of online therapy is that you do not have to be local, we can be miles apart and still carry out sessions online.
*Online sessions will be sent links prior to agreed session time. You will need working internet with audio and video available.
Workplace Wellbeing & Consultation
-
I provide wellbeing support to businesses who are seeking support for their staff. Please get in touch to discuss your staff wellbeing needs.
Session Information
All sessions are 50 minutes long. The number of sessions will depend upon what you choose and your needs. Weekly sessions are recommended for flow of therapy but sometimes clients choose Bi-weekly sessions.
All sessions require an initial assessment session where we can gather information of presenting difficulties and what you hope to get from your sessions and for you to ask any questions or queries you may have. This will take place in your first session.
A copy of your Client contract, Client information form and other policies will be sent to you before your first session to ensure these are agreed and signed by yourself before entering into committed sessions.
